Barış Ülker is a partner at YılmazÜlker. He advises and represents domestic and international clients in complex disputes, with a particular focus on cross-border and domestic litigation, dispute avoidance, settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.

Barış regularly represents clients before courts at all levels of the Turkish judicial system. In addition to his disputes practice, he advises clients on litigation risk, dispute strategy and the legal implications of business operations and strategic decision-making, helping them anticipate legal challenges and protect their commercial interests.

He places particular emphasis on developing effective dispute strategies at the earliest stages of a matter. He has experience in obtaining and defending interim remedies, including injunctions and precautionary attachments, and in implementing legal strategies designed to preserve assets, protect legal positions and maximize the effectiveness of legal proceedings.

Barış is also a licensed Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer under the Turkish Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK). In addition to advising on anti-money laundering compliance, regulatory risk and corporate compliance, he represents clients in white-collar crime and fraud investigations, criminal proceedings and related litigation, drawing on his experience across both contentious and regulatory matters.
