Barış Ülker is a partner at YılmazÜlker. He is an active and hands-on litigator, representing multinational corporations and business professionals in both cross-border and domestic disputes, settlement negotiations and other alternative dispute resolution processes across a wide range of industries, including construction, media and entertainment, healthcare, retail, leisure and hospitality, and defense.

Barış advises clients across a broad range of sectors, delivering strategic legal solutions tailored to diverse commercial needs. He regularly represents clients before commercial, civil, criminal and administrative courts, as well as the higher courts.
