Commercial Litigation
YılmazÜlker represents multinational and domestic clients in complex commercial disputes arising from business relationships, commercial contracts and trading activities. Our practice covers high-value and strategically significant litigation across a broad range of industries, where legal, commercial and operational considerations are closely intertwined.
We regularly advise clients on disputes involving commercial agreements, the sale of goods and services, distribution and agency relationships, joint ventures, commercial leasing, debt and payment claims, supply chain disputes and other business-critical contractual matters. Many of our cases involve multiple parties, cross-border elements or parallel proceedings requiring coordinated litigation strategies.
Every matter is partner-led from beginning to end. We combine rigorous legal analysis with commercial judgment to develop dispute strategies that reflect our clients' business objectives while remaining focused on achieving efficient and effective outcomes.
We are frequently instructed on matters with an international dimension and regularly work alongside foreign counsel, international law firms and in-house legal teams in coordinated cross-border disputes.
Whether pursuing or defending a claim, we provide strategic advocacy, meticulous case preparation and commercially focused advice throughout every stage of the dispute resolution process.
