Can has extensive experience representing clients in high-profile international and domestic arbitrations and court proceedings, with a focus on post-acquisition disputes, joint ventures, and shareholder conflicts. He regularly appears before state courts and arbitral tribunals under major institutional rules, including the ICC, LCIA, VIAC, SCC, SMA, ITOTAM and ISTAC. He also has a strong track record of securing interim relief and handling proceedings concerning the recognition, enforcement, and annulment of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
